My Music Range of Program Sources

New series of Background Music Sources from AMIS 
The Australian Monitor My Music (MYM) range of program sources is almost here and shall replace the current BGM range. They are a 1RU program source with a similar look and feature-set to the BGM series, but offer the improved features required in today's commercial installations. Available in a range of compact and rack-friendly playback devices, the MYM CD players now feature a USB input for added Flexibility! They are also cosmetically pleasing and available at a much sharper price point than its predecessors.

There are three models in the My Music range, all featuring two program source modules:

DMA1 Digital Message Announcer

DMA1 Compact Digital Message Announcer

The Australian Monitor Installation Series DMA1 digital message announcer is a compact yet highly featured digital playback device. Utilising an SD card digital storage format the DMA1 delivers high quality stereo audio in an MP3 format. Messages can be played or triggered using the on-board controls, via remote switches, contact closure or via RS485 serial control. The DMA1 also boasts an on board 20 watt per channel D class power amplifier as well as stereo inputs and outputs which allow it to be inserted in line with another BGM feed.

130 minutes of music (at 128kbps sample rate) can be stored in the supplied 128MB memory card. The DMA1 supports memory cards up to 1GB and variable bit rate music files. The DMA1s compact size belies the wealth of features it offers. It is a highly innovative and cost effective digital message storage and playback device that has a host of commercial applications.

AMIS26 Distribution Amplifier

The AMIS26's 2 inputs can be balanced or unbalanced and each input's sensitivity can be switched between Mic and Line level. 24 VDC Phantom power is individually switchable per input and for ease of setup, a four segment LED level meter is provided per input.

Each of the AMIS26's inputs is individually assignable to any of the 6 outputs via front panel DIP switches. Outputs can be balanced or unbalanced and feature up to 30dB of attenuation, so they can be run as any combination of line level or mic level outputs. Ample label space is provided for both inputs and outputs and the AMIS26 is powered via a supplied 24VDC power supply.

The AMIS26 provides a low noise, feature packed, signal routing solution to cover a wide range of installation needs at a contractor friendly price.

MP8 Monitor Panel

MP8 - 8 Channel Monitor Panel

• 8 zone, 100 volt line and low Z monitor panel
• Connects to output of up to 8 amplifiers
• Includes 2.5” low Z monitor speaker with volume control
• Simply select any amplifier via the front panel switch and you can monitor its output through the speaker and via an LED array
• Signal present LED provided for each zone for easy trouble shooting
• Loop in, loop out terminal strips for inputs from amplifiers and outputs to speakers
